Shipping Options 

Shipping options are to the United States and Territories, as well as international options. All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Tracking is emailed when the item(s) ship and can be tracked by typing the number into Google, going directly to www.UPS.com or www.FedEx.com. 

 

Standard Shipping 

GameGuard offers free economy shipping on all orders. The expected arrival date is 4-10 business days. Any order placed after 3 p.m. central standard time is considered an order placed on the following business day. Holidays, promotions, and inclement weather can impact shipping times. See more in the Holidays, Promotions, and Inclement Weather Section below. 

 

Expedited Shipping 

Customers can select expedited shipping for an additional cost at checkout. Expedited shipping takes 1-2 business days. Any order placed after 3 p.m. central standard time is considered an order placed on the following business day. Holidays, promotions, and inclement weather can impact shipping times. Holidays, Promotions, and Inclement Weather 

Holidays, sales promotions, and inclement weather can impact shipping time without notice. While GameGuard will try to update customers regarding delays, GameGuard is not responsible for shipping delays caused by holidays, promotions, and inclement weather. 

 

Shipping Location 

All orders ship out of GameGuard's warehouse in Argyle, TX. An email or SMS confirmation will be sent to the customer with the tracking number as soon as an order is shipped. 

 

Shipping Costs 

All shipping costs are subject to change without notice. If there are any questions regarding shipping costs or eligible locations, please get in touch with our customer care representatives. 

 

Shipping and Handling 

GameGuard does not assume responsibility for lost or damaged items. If a customer needs help locating an order or if they received a damaged item, contact orders@gameguard.net or (940) 464-4800. 

 

Split Shipments 

Occasionally, we will need to ship an order in split shipments. All tracking numbers are sent to the email and/or phone number attached to the order. 

 

International Shipping 

GameGuard offers shipping to Belize, Canada, Columbia, and Mexico. International shipping rates vary based on location, shipping time, and the weight of goods. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If a customer lives in a country that is not currently offered, please contact orders@gameguard.net or call (940) 464-4800. 

 

Refund policy

Free Returns: 

GameGuard stands behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. Merchandise with obvious manufacturer defects is always eligible for return. Returns of products purchased online are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. For free returns, your apparel must be returned in its original condition will all tags still attached. Your item may be returned in exchange for another item or a full refund.

Warehouse Finds Items:

Any item listed with the terms “last call” or “sale” are not eligible for a return, and all sales are final. Warehouse Finds items may have very limited availability, with limited size or color options.

 

What is the warranty on GameGuard Cooler Bags?

GameGuard Cooler Bags carry a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship with dated proof of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is void if this product is used commercially, structurally altered, or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components or is damaged as a result of abnormal use.

Proper care must be taken to assure longevity. Please do not place sharp, pointed, or blunt objects inside your cooler.

This warranty is void if damage or malfunction is due to abuse, misuse, accident, failure to reasonably maintain, improper installation or use, or unauthorized alteration or repairs.
